- SOEURS is an online store based in Singapore and we ship internationally. Select your shipping destination to start using our site.
- PLACING AN ORDER
- Browse through our store and click the [ Add to Cart ] button for the item you would like to purchase.
The menu on the top right would display the number of items in your shopping bag. You can click on [ shopping bag ] at the top right to make changes to your bag content.
- CHECKING OUT
- You need to sign up for an account with us to purchase our goods.
Being a member allows you to track current and past orders, store up to 5 different shipping addresses, receive order confirmation and delivery notification emails
Step 1 Click on [ checkout ] once you are ready to make the purchase. You will be prompted to log in to or sign up for the member account.
Step 2 Upon logging in or signing up, you'll be prompted to select/add your billing and shipping information.
Step 3 Choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery.
Step 4 Choose your payment method. We accept payment by Internet Banking/ATM transfer to our POSB, UOB, OCBC Savings and Credit Card payment via Paypal.
Step 5 To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order total and clicking on the "SUBMIT ORDER" button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details. (Please check your spam mail folder and contact us if you do not receive your order confirmation email immediately)
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay for local and international customers.
- Customers residing in Singapore may also use PAYNOW, GrabPay and any of our "Buy Now Pay Later"/ 0% Interest-Free providers such as Grab PayLater and ATOME for your payment.
Please check your junk mail folder and contact us through the contact form if you have not received the order process invoice.
Amendment of order is not allowed after your order has been placed and confirmed.
- Upon payment, you will be charged in the selected currency. If your payment card is registered with a different currency than the one you are purchasing in, your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate. If you are purchasing a Gift Card, you will need to purchase and spend it in the selected currency.
- Orders will be processed and mailed within 1-3 working days upon payment.
- All local orders will be mailed via Standard Courier by Ninja Van. (Door-to-door delivery with real-time tracking)
- LOCAL POSTAGE is at a flat fee of S$2.50 for Standard Courier Anytime Delivery (delivers within 1-3 working days with tracking) per shipment. We offer complimentary Standard Courier Delivery for single orders above S$85 for in-stock or S$85 for backorder. If your order consists of in-stocks and backorder, do cart them out in 2 separate orders to qualify for the complimentary courier.
- MALAYSIA POSTAGE - Flat fee of USD 8. Free for orders above USD$85 (trackable 5-7 working days)
- AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND POSTAGE -Flat fee of AUD$40. Free for orders above AUD$300 (trackable 5-8 working days)
- REST OF ASIA POSTAGE - Flat fee of USD$35. Free for orders above USD$300 (trackable 5-8 working days)
- UNITED KINGDOM POSTAGE - Flat fee of £20 (trackable 7-10 working days)
- UNITED STATES POSTAGE - Flat fee of USD$20 (trackable 7-10 working days)
- EUROPEAN REGION POSTAGE - Flat fee €25, (trackable 7-10 working days)
- REST OF THE WORLD POSTAGE - Flat fee USD 35 (trackable 7-15 working days)
- All SEA, Asia and International orders are shipped with Easyship or Ninja Van and will take about 5-10 working days to reach you, depending on destination and custom.
- Orders will be shipped according to the customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customers.
- Backorders [BO] are opened for sold out items until slots are filled.
The arrival time for different items differs and is stated under the individual product pages or our backorder status page. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.
We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances. For delayed backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. For cancelled backorders, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. Do join backorders only if you are alright with this.
A slight colour discrepancy for the backorder items and in-stock items may be present.
Orders are shipped out according to order numbers, no combination of orders is allowed. In-stock items will be kept aside and shipped together when the backorder item has arrived if the "Ship backorder separately" option is not selected.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Please email email@example.com stating your order number, return item and reason for the return to check if your item is valid for return. You are required to seek for confirmation before returning your order. A return request must be made within 5 days of the receipt of your order.
All returns are to be sent back with the filled Return Form printout. We reserve the right to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, no confirmation of returns or does not meet the returns requirement.
Orders made during the promotional period or with promotional codes, store credits issued for returns, rewards points, sale items, accessories, bags and shoes, are not allowed for returns.
All returns must be mailed back in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact via a traceable mode of posting (registered post/ smart pac / courier). It must reach us within 7 days for local orders or 20 days for international orders, from the date of receipt of your item. We are not liable for lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.
Store credits (valid for 90 days) will be credited to your account within 7 working days of receiving the return package.
The value of the subsidized courier/postage fee (S$2.50 -$5.00 -depending on the no of return items for local orders, apart from your paid postage, or approx. USD $5-10 for International orders) from the initial order will be deducted from the store credit for all returns.
Please note that we do not accept the exchange of size or item for a different design.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
We are committed to providing you with quality products. However, in the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange or refund via store credit (valid for 12 months from the date of issue).
In case of item defects, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) with your order number and snapshots of the defect area clearly. We'll advise you on the procedure for your return.
If the defective item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. Customers will be required to mail the defective item out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defective item is out of stock, store credits will be issued. The refund will only be done if the item is returned to us.
All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items that do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly.
Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.8" as items are mass-produced.
Do take note that UK sizing can only serve as a rough gauge and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide.
The colours shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
For items with a light-coloured base, there may be slight small black dots that are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
- TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMERS FEES
- The recipient will be charged for all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and the amount will vary according to your local tax system. We are unable to provide this information for you at checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.
