Terms and Conditions
We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable experience for you. Kindly read through the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchase. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. In the event of any dispute, Soeurs.Co reserves the right of final decision.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
- Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before proceeding to check out. Soeurs.Co will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed.
- Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed.
- If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days upon payment verification. Please ensure all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
- Orders are mailed on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.
- Backorders are opened for sold out items until slots are being filled
- Arrival time for different items differ and are stated under the individual product pages or our backorder update page. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.
- We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances. For delayed backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. Do join backorders only if you are alright with this.
- Slight colour discrepancy for the backorder items and instock items may be present.
- Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed.
- Instock items will be kept aside and shipped together when the backorder item has arrived if "ship backorder seperately" option is not selected
- All Standard Courier (with tracking) are handled by Ninja Van and is available in 3 different option at Anytime (S$2.50) / Day or Night (S$3.00) delivery.
- We offer complimentary Standard Courier Delivery for single order above S$85 for instock or S$85 for backorder. If your order consists of instocks and backorders, do cart them out in 2 seperate orders inorder to qualify for complimentary courier.
- All International Delivery are handled by Singpost. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not in when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card containing details on where or how to pick up your order / rearrange delivery.
- International orders with mix orders (instock + backorder items) will be shipped out collectively when all items have arrived in our studio.
- Customers will be contacted via email should Soeurs.Co receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
- Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Soeurs.Co will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
- Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Soeurs.Co property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.
- We accept Internet Banking, ATM transfers from all local banks and Paypal payments. (In the event that cash deposits are done and there are extra amounts after paying for item, the excess amount will be kept as store credits and are non refundable.)
- All required information for bank transfers are listed on the page for updating payment. We seek your kind cooperation to provide the full set of information for verification purposes. Soeurs.Co reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details.
- For payments via Bank Transfer, kindly update your payment details via the link found in your invoice within 24 hours. All orders will automatically cancelled if payment is not received and updated within this stipulated time frame. In the event where a customer has transferred for the invoice past the 24 hours timeframe (with no advance notice) and the order has been cancelled, no refunds will be made if the item is no longer in stock. Store credits will be issued.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- Please email email@example.com with your order number, return item and reason for the return to check if your item is valid for return.
- You are required to seek for our confirmation prior to returning your order.
- Orders made during promotional period or with promotional codes, store credits, sale items, accessories, bags and shoes, are not allowed for returns.
- All returns must be mailed back via traceable mode of posting (registered post/ smart pac / courier) and must reach us within 7 days for local orders or 20 days for international orders, from the date of receipt of your item. We are not be liable for the lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.
- All returns must be sent back with the filled Return Form printout.
- We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, no confirmation of returns or does not meet the returns requirement.
- In case of item defects, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include order no and snapshots of the area of defect clearly.
- If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits will be issued. The refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us.
- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
- Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.8" as items are mass produced. Do take note that uk sizing can only serve as a rough gauge and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide.
- Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
- For items with light colored base, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.

- Gift Cards purchased will be valid for a year. The amount will be forfeited if it is not utilized within the given time frame.
- We will not be able to amend any details of the Gift Card after the order is placed.
- The value of each individual Gift card has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded. Giftcards purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Store Credit issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable and cannot be extended past its expiry.
- The store credits are to be utilised in a single transaction only (fully utilised in one order) and any balance credit amount that is not utilised will not be refunded back to in cash or credits.
